CHRISTMAS MAINS
Festive Ballantine of Turkey
Turkey breast stuffed with cranberry and chestnut, pigs in blankets, thyme and garlic roast potatoes, honey glazed root vegetables, cauliflower cheese puree, seasonal greens and Madeira and sage gravy.
Chargrilled 6oz Sirloin Steak
Served medium with house fries, roasted tomato, flat cap mushroom, garden peas and winter truffle mayonnaise.
Oven Roasted Cod Loin
Appledore Cod, crab bon bon, crushed herb new potatoes, samphire and saffron cream sauce.
Roasted Belly of Pork
12 hour roasted maple glazed belly of pork, bubble and squeak cake, purple sprouting broccoli, blackberry gel and caramelized apple jus.
Butternut Squash Ravioli
With roasted squash puree, almonds, pomegranate seeds and finished with a nutty butter sauce. Served with garlic caipanni.
